Bouquet Canyon Road: Home of Central Park
Bouquet Canyon Road starts in Saugus, where most of the real estate on this page is located.
The neighborhoods east of Seco Canyon Road, and north of Copper Hill Road make the term "suburbs" a beautiful word. Gently sloped wide streets with recently built homes in neighborhoods such as Pacific Crest. The pine trees seen so common in the lower Saugus communities give way to many palm trees in Pacific Crest. Homes for sale there will be north of $600k, and are well worth the look. That area looks as sparkling clean as you are likely to find in all of Santa Clarita.
If there is going to be a big outdoor event in Santa Clarita, you will be using Bouquet Canyon Road to get there most of the time. Most youth sports have their games played at Central Park, and on many weekends, the park is packed with several hundred athletes in various tournaments. Central Park also hosts the better outdoor concerts in the summer.
Plum Canyon is a huge neighborhood with modest-sized homes to the northeast of Central Park with homes fetching prices in the $400-high $600k range. These homes were largely developed around the turn of the 21st century.
There are great pockets of homes scattered through the Bouquet Canyon area, including newer properties near the Copper Hill Road intersection with Bouquet Cyn. Road.
You can also find smaller properties further up the canyon, that might appeal to those who are going for a more "off-grid" lifestyle. Those homes will need a quite bit of rehab though.
